Dr Sarah Temple from EHCAP Ltd and John Davis from Facts4Life will present a Social Prescribing model for children, young people and families at the South West Social Prescribing gathering at The Eden Project, Cornwall on 28th February.

EHCAP are developing this model working with the Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Essex, Public Health (Somerset County Council) in Somerset and with Police and Prison Services across the South of England. 

Facts4Life are based in Gloucestershire and cascading in schools throughout the UK and as a pilot in primary care in Leicestershire.
